Service Description

Must have a consultation & assessment prior to starting personal training. All sessions are scheduled by the service provider. Private training sessions are held via Zoom. Sessions can also be held via Skype, FaceTime or another video chat platform. Price is billed per person, per session. Discounts available when purchased in a bundle.
