Welcome to the Booty & Bands Challenge! This challenge is super simple. There are only 5 exercises! Yes, you read that correctly. Awesome right? Yeah, I know. Anyway, we will start off slowly & work our way up so don’t worry, YOU CAN DO IT! Despite what you may think, you do NOT need any equipment for this challenge & it can be done anywhere, anytime! However, if you would like to increase the intensity of your workout, you can add a resistance band or weights. We will focus on isolating the minimus, medius & maximus muscles to help you achieve that nice, firm & strong “PEACH” that you desire! Are you ready? Well alright! Let’s go!
