FREE Community Yoga on Labor Day

With all that is going on in the world today I know that most of us are tired...emotionally, mentally, physically & spiritually.

A lot of us are struggling just to make it though the day. Because of this, I’m inviting you to join me for a FREE Community Yoga class.

My goal is to hold space for you & to hopefully teach you a few techniques that will help you during those stressful situations.

This class will be held at the Studio AND online via Zoom. *You must register to attend & to receive the link for the online option.

If attending at the Studio, please bring your own yoga mat & a towel.
