Before you join us for a class, please read this...

In-Studio class enrollment is limited to 30 spots.

You must use your own mat. If you do not have a mat, the studio has some available for purchase.

Please stay home if you are not feeling well or have been around someone who has tested positive for Covid-19.

Since in-studio class sizes are limited, please try your best to register in advance & please cancel in the event that you are not able attend.

$10 ONLINE CLASSES
Before you join us for a class, please read this...

Online classes are held via Zoom.

There are 100 spots available for each online class.

You do NOT have to sign up for a Zoom account, but you MUST download the app.

While practicing with your camera on helps, you are NOT required to have it turned on.

The online class room will open 5 to 10 minutes before class.
-
Access to the online class room will close 10 minutes after class starts. If you are going to be late, please let us know ahead of time.
